Countering the diet culture, budget culture world we’ve been conditioned by, believing that grown women (especially) can’t trust our own appetites is a radical approach!
Be patient with yourself as we dive deeper into food and mood with Jayne Leonard and figure out an approach that’s friendlier towards your own inner (and/or actual) toddler.
